StorePano is provided by David Breuer Apps, see the imprint.

Plans

The free plan needs no account and no payment. It keeps one saved project and exports your main size with a small StorePano mark. Editing stays possible at all times: when a paid plan ends, your projects stay yours and you return to the limits of the free plan.

Paid plans are not on sale yet, the prices shown are what we intend to charge. Before checkout opens, we will publish the contract terms, including billing, renewal, cancellation and your right of withdrawal.

What you create

You keep all rights to the images and texts you add and to the screenshots you export, and you may use the exports commercially. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you use and for the content of your screenshots. The demo screens in templates are fictional and meant to be replaced with your own.

Showcase

Offering a design is voluntary and off by default. If you confirm the dialog after an export, you state that you hold the rights to the design and its screens and that it shows no personal data of others. You allow us, free of charge and worldwide, to show the picture and the app name you enter on our website and in our advertising, including resizing and cropping it, until you withdraw. You can withdraw at any time in the editor or by email to david@breuer-apps.com. We then remove it from our website without undue delay; advertising that is already published ends at the latest with its current booking. There is no claim to being shown. We review every design and may decline it without giving reasons.

Store rules

The Store Check is an aid and may be incomplete or out of date. It gives no assurance that Apple or Google will accept your screenshots. The store operators decide according to their own rules.

Your data

Projects are stored only in your browser. Please keep backups of important work using the project file download. Browsers can delete local data, for example when you clear site data or storage runs short.

Trademarks

Apple, iPhone, iPad and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and Pixel are trademarks of Google LLC. Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. StorePano is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. When using device renderings in store listings, please also follow the rules of the respective store and manufacturer.

Liability

For the free plan, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected.

Applicable law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.
